Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, and the Vietnam Historical Museum (closed Mondays). Enjoy a 1-hour buggy ride through the Old Quarter, with stops at Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.
Day Trip: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An
Depart at 08:00 for a 2.5-hour drive to Hoa Lu, Vietnam’s first capital. Visit temples of Emperors Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh. Optional short hike up a limestone hill for panoramic views.
After lunch, visit Trang An Landscape Complex (UNESCO site) for a peaceful boat ride through caves and limestone karsts—nicknamed “Halong on Land.” Return to Hanoi for an afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Hanoi to Halong Bay (160 km): 2.5 – 3.0hrsAfter breakfast, you will enjoy the 2.5 – 3.0hrs drive to Halong Bay. Arrive at the jetty in Halong City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. Be welcomed onboard and have lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities
(depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the
day the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board. Overnight
on Halong Bay.

Halong Bay – Hanoi (2.5–3 hrs)
Enjoy breakfast on board while cruising through Halong Bay’s stunning scenery. Disembark and return to Hanoi.
In the afternoon, join a city tour: view Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, visit Hoan Kiem Lake, explore the Old Quarter’s bustling ‘36 streets,’ and, if time permits, visit Dong Xuan Market. End the day with a traditional Water Puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Breakfast at hotel and free at your own leisure until transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your
