Terms & Conditions – YTM Holidays
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance payment must be made 15 days before departure.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges will apply as per the following:
- 30 days or more before departure – 20% deduction
- 15–29 days before departure – 50% deduction
- Less than 15 days before departure – No refund
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- No refund for unused services once the tour has commenced.
3. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to the booking (dates, hotels, flights, etc.) are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- YTM Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, airline changes, or political unrest.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and other required travel documents.
- YTM Holidays assists with visa services but approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
5. Health & Safety
- Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any personal medical condition should be informed at the time of booking.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- YTM Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.
- YTM Holidays is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or accident caused due to third-party services, weather conditions, political disturbances, or personal negligence.
7. Accommodation & Meals
- Hotel check-in and check-out times follow local hotel policy.
- Meals are provided as per the chosen package. No refund for missed meals.
8. Transportation
- Vehicle usage is strictly as per itinerary and point-to-point basis.
- Extra usage (outside the itinerary) will be chargeable directly.
9. Code of Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain proper behavior and follow local laws and customs during travel.
- YTM Holidays reserves the right to cancel services without refund in case of misconduct.
10. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with YTM Holidays, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
